• Supporting our clients and consultants in all analytical matters throughout the entire communication process
• Participating in our 18-month training program to become an analyst 
• Working for small, medium-sized, and international customers from various industries 
• Collaborating on the design, management, analysis, preparation, and presentation of market research projects 
• Supporting the development of new methodological approaches in the field of advertising impact research
• Trainee salary: €2.500 gross/month or €30.000 gross/year, starting salary after traineeship €3.000 gross/month or €36.000 gross/year

Your Skillset:

• A university degree with a focus on empirical research, statistics, or data analysis, preferably in conjunction with marketing, communication, or media, or comparable training (e.g., marketing communications specialist or market and social research specialist)  
• University degree with a focus on data analysis or comparable training (e.g., market and social research specialist)  
• Initial experience in market research through internships, work as a student trainee, or as part of a university thesis
• Basic knowledge of the application of statistical analysis methods and the conception of empirical research designs
• Interest in issues relating to marketing communication and advertising impact
• Structured approach to work and affinity for numbers  
• Confident manner and communicative nature   
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of one of the common analysis software packages desirable (e.g., R, Python, SPSS) 
• Very good English skills 
• German level at least B2/C1
