Your new Job with us:

  • Support HR processes: Help to continuously improve our HR and people processes and introduce new ideas into existing structures
  • Support employee development: Actively support managers in preparing and conducting employee performance reviews, feedback and development interviews
  • Recognize and promote employee skills: Create skill profiles and individual development plans
  • Support talent management: Take responsibility for sub-projects in the area of talent management and help develop our learning and development offerings
  • Be a sparring partner in everyday life: Be the point of contact for employees with questions about continuing education, training, and development opportunities
  • Collaboration in the HR team: Work closely with colleagues from recruiting, payroll, personnel planning, onboarding & offboarding, and training and development to create a holistic employee experience

Your Skillset:

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or comparable training related to HR
  • Initial practical experience in HR or personnel development, e.g. through internships, working student positions or initial professional experience
  • Enthusiasm and methodological know-how for topics such as talent development, learning, and modern working practices
  • You enjoy learning about new tools, methods, and HR processes and actively putting them into practice
  • You are highly service-oriented and communicate empathetically, clearly, and in a target group-oriented manner
  • You are characterized by a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • You have strong organizational skills, enjoy working in a team and contribute your own ideas
  • Confident use of MS Office; initial experience with HR software (Personio) is a plus
  • Good written and spoken English skills round off your profile
  • German Level at least C1
