Your new Job with us:

• Start as a Junior in Media Planning and Consulting with our 18-month training program to become a Consultant  
• Integration into teams from two different client consulting areas with diverse clients and projects  
• Possible areas: local, national or international Client Consulting, Media Planning (Video/TV, Out of Home, Audio/Radio and Digital) or Performance (Paid Social Media, Paid Search Advertising, Retail Media)  
• Continuous support from two coaches from the respective areas  
• Start with our four-week "Kickstart" training program covering all planning processes, analysis tools, and media  
• Areas of responsibility during the trainee period: various analyses (e.g., target group and competition analyses), project management, co-developing media campaigns and plans, optimizing ongoing campaigns, including collaborating on presentations and getting started in customer service 
• Media: Focus on Digital Media (Social Media, Online Display and Video/Streaming) but also Out of Home, Audio or Video/TV, depending on the focus 
• Permanent position after the traineeship in one of the those core areas   
• Trainee salary: €2.500 gross/month or €30k gross/year, starting salary after traineeship €3.000 gross/month or €36k gross/year  

Your Skillset:

• University studies in marketing, media or communication
• Internships or student jobs in an agency or in the field of media on client side is an advantage
• A keen interest in and understanding of corporate and marketing strategies
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset and interest in digital media
• Fluent English
• German at least C1 level
