- Strategically shaping people development: Develop holistic personnel development formats, such as employee appraisals, career paths, competency models, and development models—from the initial idea to sustainable implementation in the agency
- Actively helping to shape HR processes: Drive the strategic development of our people and retention processes and design structures that promote and retain employees in the long term
- Support the employee lifecycle: Provide independent support with a focus on performance, target agreements, and development
- Identify and promote competencies: Work closely with our managers to develop competency analyses and use them to derive individual development plans and appropriate measures
- Organize meetings: Coordinate, accompany, and evaluate personnel and development meetings. You will also moderate challenging discussions on performance, conflict, and development issues with tact and clarity
- Sparring partner on equal footing: Advise and support managers and employees on all issues relating to development, feedback, and collaboration—throughout the employee lifecycle
- Strong together in the HR team: Work closely with colleagues from recruiting, payroll, personnel planning, onboarding & offboarding, and training and development to create holistic HR processes
- Set trends & drive innovation: Contribute new ideas to strategic HR projects – e.g., in the development of modern personnel development concepts
Your Skillset:
- Bachelor of Science or Arts in Psychology, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable degree program
- Several years of experience in personnel development or a comparable HR focus—ideally in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
- You have already gained experience in working with competency models and potential diagnostics in previous positions
- You have extensive experience in the design and, above all, the sustainable implementation of personnel development tools
- You have a broad methodological approach – whether competency models, assessments, interviews, or workshops – you know what works and how to apply it
- You are experienced in using HR software and digital tools and use them specifically to manage development and learning processes
- You have an empathetic, inspiring manner and communicate in a way that is appropriate for the target group – with a genuine service mentality and a keen sense of people
- You impress with your assertiveness and tact – even in challenging situations
- You work pragmatically, independently, and in a solution-oriented manner, and you are passionate about bringing ideas from concept to implementation
- Analytical thinking, organizational skills, and a structured approach characterize you, as do your ability to work in a team and your enjoyment of collaborative design
- Confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive personnel issues are a matter of course for you
- You enjoy actively developing HR structures and processes in a growing company
- Very good MS Office skills, a high level of commitment, and good written and spoken English round off your profile
- German at least C1 level
